Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have an issue, you can contact us at contact@vshomeimprovement.com.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
If your item is not defective, damaged, and you received the correct item, we don't facilitate returns or exchanges at this time.  We also cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
